Happy Resurrection Day!!
Well, the fun began as we dyed some Easter eggs on Saturday! It's neat to see how the kid's imaginations and creativity has increased since last year. They really enjoyed dipping one egg in most of the colors to see how deep they could get a color or just to see what color combination would create the best color. Of course, they would excitedly YELL THEIR NEW FOUND COLOR COMBO TO EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE....but really we were just across the table. This type of excitement is a normal occurrence in the Bower house; which is one of the neat things that makes it the Bower house.

The kids understand the real meaning of Easter, which is the celebration of the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ. To help reinforce the details for all of us, we start talking about it each night at bedtime 12 days before Easter. We use the Resurrection Eggs; which you may have seen in the Christian bookstore....well worth the $12-$14. This is our second year and the kids can't wait until we open up the next egg to see what topic is next.
Here is a picture of the kids in their Easter Sunday best. They are so photogenic if I do say so myself ! They are growing up so fast!
